I ordered special plates on 6/4/20 and have received any updates as of now. No email or phone call. The receipt said that they would be delivered to Preston St Tax Office in downtown so we went there 3-4 weeks after. We were met by a security guard saying nobody was working the front desk and that I had to call a number or email them inquiring about the plates. I've sent several emails but no response. None of their numbers have an actual human behind them. If only they could clarify how they are going to deliver me my plates...

I just moved to Katy and sent in renewal for license plates that I received in the mail. All is done inspection, check included new address included but it was sent back to me said I had to register in Harris county? I am Handicapped (don’t walk) is there a way I can do this by mail or computer?? My plates expire on July 31. Sent renewal on 15 of July just received return of everything on the 29 July.
