Is this building open yet?? I'm still waiting on registration tags from April. No grocery stores were doing tags at the time so I mailed it in and I still don't have my updated tags. How much longer?

They are not open yet, but if you have had your vehicle inspection done you can go online and get your registration. I did it and I received my tags in a week

They say I am not eligible for online, some say I need an appointment, but I don't know, cannot find out. I live in Baytown does anyone know?
