Wow! Where do I begin? From making the call setting up the appointment to this present time it has been an awesome experience!!! The staff has been extremely friendly and professional. The office is clean and neat. Everyone you come in contact greets you in the lobby area. There are zero doutes they all work hard for veterans and those service connected. Mr. Gerald Baxley, Benefits Counselor for the Veterans Affairs, stands out with a "Allow me to now serve you because you served our country" attitude which is genuinely real and he's a retired service member. To everyone there... "THANK YOU DEEPLY FOR YOUR SERVICE!!! You have opened up doors I thought were closed.🇺🇸

Set up an appointment with this VA office. If you served at any point for 180 days i believe active then yes you do.
Do I need an appt to speak to a VA Rep.
Bring a copy of your DD 214. Everything else can be ordered.
Call the office and they will remind you of your appointment time
No, you have to go to the VA hospital in Charleston or the CBOC in Goose Creek on the Naval Weapons Station Charleston to get it. I got mine on the Naval Weapons Station.
