They claim to say they are there to protect children but they didn’t show up when needed. I went through 3 people in 6 months and finally gave up on them helping.

They are the worst ever!!!! They didn't help in anyway. Tameka Major was the worst. She didn't do her job. She always had something going on. She was never in the office. 4:46 her phone goes on Do Not Disturb. The system is so broken. They really need to do better.
