We took our 13 month old grandson on a rainy day. He really enjoyed looking around!
The aquarium is indoors but the amusement area is outdoors.
Yes this would be great for a toddler. You can do inside and outside. There are a few rides outside, that are mostly for older children, but there is a carousel.
Amusement park wouldn't be as great as a sunny day but inside is fine :) and don't forget to feed the stingrays
Absolutely its exciting for them and entertaining as well. Theirs eyes will glow I tell you.....
