I would say yes. There is no gate to go through when you arrive. They have picnic tables down by the Ferris wheel and tables by the water fountain. I'm sure they would like for you to spend your money on their food but much cheaper to bring your own
We did. We just didnt carry in a cooler. We carried them in our diaper bag and my purse.
We were able to take in a cake for my grandson's birthday.

You can definitely bring food outside, not sure about inside
I believe so. they dont Check bags and when we went on the field trip everyone brought a sack lunch. I dont see how a snack would be an issue
