They do not, but they have an area with tables and vending machines with food and drinks.
I see this question has been answered. I'll add that when we were there three or for weeks ago, a food truck was parked right outside the front door, some kind of slushies were being made and sold in the main foyer, perhaps as part of a special event, and a great restaurant was three blocks away, walking away from Hermann Park. I don't know if food was available in the gift shop, but I assume the slushies are not a regular feature. The museum itself is well worth the visit.
No
No there isn't
No, BUT WALKING distance to a couple of good places, there are vending machines, and a little room with tables and chairs you can eat at if you bring your own lunch.
No, they don't; because it doesn't take more an hour and half to walk through the museum.
No there isn't one. Outside across the street at the McGovern centennial there usually is a food truck or two and people selling popsicles. Its just a cross the street. You get a wrist band when you go in to the museum. I'm sure you can comeback in without having ro pay again.
