We are thinking about retiring and moving to your community wonderi and we see the prices on those but we do not see how much we'd be paying for the HOA and or the space rent and what does that include

Our monthly space rent is combined with sewer, gas, and electricity. It fluctuates between $580.00 and $825.00 per month depending your electricity usage. Hope this helps.
