Sorry I do not speak Spanish or read Spanish if you're talking about the Shamrock Mobile Home Park it's a very nice park very clean secure has individual Lots with fencing in between you have to buy the trailers and then you pay space rent I hope this helps thank you
I have a 26ft and stayed for 3 moths at $459 monthly electric was about 145month and sewer comes with the rent. U are in a space that is made for a modular home and i dont think there would be an issue with doing mechanical work while living there...Just a heads up they have no pool..

The mobile homes are purchased and you pay space rent I suppose if a person wanted to rent out there trailer you could do so that would be up to the owner have the trailer but for all purposes you purchase the mobile homes and pay space rent water and trash. Each space is divided with fencing gives you a personalized area to plant her Garden or whatever. The park is very clean and quiet.

Not that I know of it would be an owner and then there's Glendale Renters Tax which I have no idea how much that would be. As far as I know they're all for sale and a person has to qualify to move in here. This is one of the nicest parks that I know of, each lot is divided by fencing makes it more private

There is a few empty home here that are ready to be rented that ive seen. I live in a single wide an I pay $514 a month for lot rent I own my home here.
