I wish someone had warned me of all the problems and that they were going to come after the purchase. Really look for other options, they sell the Trailas very expensive and their repairs are very bad and incomplete. I have struggled with Pat getting me to fix things. I've been 6 months and honestly there's always something we have to deal with. This is the second time the fridge has broken down and it seems to be electrical problems. It simply tells you in an hour I will arrive and you can spend the whole day and nothing. Very disappointed in the purchase. be very careful

And that's true because the owner Marilyn does not care about that place one bit she owns another park outta town thats her pride & joy 3 fountains is just a money maker in fact her brother owns one of those parks on missouri on the other side of 59th and his is nice this lady's just a slum lord.

It depends on what your wanting to rent. i think the biggest is a 4 bedroom say 1200 and a 1 bedroom starts at 700. But they are spacious inside. Looks can be deceiving.
