Went here to pick something up from a tenant that lives here! This place is the first that I've seen as a community. The have a pool in the center for the tenants.

$456 lot rent and yes they take the RVs but they're shady people in the office they make up their own rules they do a background check instead of sending it off through a reputable company to get done they do it internally and they mixed mine up with my sons because of that kicked me out for a record I didn't even have when I proved it they wouldn't reverse it. my friend "owns" a trailer there still and they told him he couldn't let his friend stay his own trailer and if you did that it would make him leave They also don't know the mobile home park tenant act laws they quoted ones from apartments and homes rentals when they try to enforce something the girls in the office don't even know that there's a difference Just wanted to make sure you have all the info Also there's also no security and they don't keep up the property there's cats everywhere before I left my place got broken into there a lot of homeless people that squat right on the other side of the wall and just jump over
As of today, I can see at least one open spot. I can't be sure it hasn't been rented though. Maria is very nice. Give her a call.

Dogs and cats are allowed - there are neighborhood cats too! Dunno if there are breed restrictions but people have dogs of medium/large size

I was in the park approx last week and drove up & down every street and did not see from my car any "window" For Sale signs or "standing" Real estate" signs. Doesn't mean they don't exist. And it was dark. Best bet is to find some time and take a ride thru. I am going back but during DAYLIGHT hours, lol. Best of luck.

Yes space rent is 360. Month plus water sewer and garbage. It is different for transient.
