I have been living here for over 12 years and I have am happy with our manager. Yes I have received notices to clean up weeds and clean my yard but if you live here you know you have rules and regulations anywhere you live at. The manager is fair and stern and this is why I love living here. Go by the rules of the park or leave.

I used to live there. Did for 6 yrs. I'm a truck driver and my pay fluctuated. 6 years and it was not a issue. In Dec. It suddenly was. All of sudden the rent process was now a issue. Mgmt became cold. And i lost in court. The mgmt had me black balled in 24 hrs on the rental listing. Yes i was late with rent but i had it before i was served in there office. But they returned the rent and evicted me anyways. So...
