If you are looking for help with your rent or mortgage payment(s) this is and I repeat is not the place for your needs. They will only help with utilities services when you get the shut off notice. I called on their available phone call days and times. I did not get a call back nor email. I went in person and waited 2 hours. The paper will say rent or home payment but they do not offer it. You're better off getting a second job. That's exactly what I did. I pay my state taxes so state agencies like this one will not help with my needs.
