Hi Cody! If you have at least 6 months of recent OTR or regional (5 states or more coverage), you would come in as an A Seat and do orientation and then get into your own truck.
If you have the solid exp and they verify it the most you may do is 10000 to about 20000 maybe. They might have you go out for a week to a month have you road test they send you on your way
Not always 50k. Depends, could be 20k or about a month. Especially if for instance you choose to do flatbed or tanker and have no experience with those divisions.
