This review is for Dr. Lisa Requena and the nurses on staff around 11am-2pm. I went in today needing an abscess drained in a very sensitive area. The nurses who checked me in were so kind. I wish I got their names. Dr. Requena was so nice and listened to my concerns about recurring infection. She was understanding of my pain and took my situation seriously. Getting an abscess lanced always hurts but she did a great job and was very fast. I’m a 26 year old woman and felt very comfortable talking to these nurses and Dr. Requena. I wish she could be my PCP! I hope they see this and know how thankful I am for them.

Came up to go to my appointment told me I couldn't come in because you're not allowed to bring your kid with you. This is really inconvenient what are you supposed to do if you you literally have no one who can watch your kid. Also I looked on their website there's no information indicating that you can't bring your kid with you. Nobody let me know when they left me voice messages And I live in the next town over so I basically wasted about an hour to come up to an appointment i couldnt get into. They were polite to me it and appeared to be understanding. but There is no excuse to not make sure people know this vital information. They could call you or posted notice on their website. I couldn't find anything. they didn't even tell me when I entered the building I had to go up to the floor before somebody told me.

I do not recommend this clinic at all, it was a terrible experience. Dr. Dooley has such poor bedside manor! Went in with flu like symptoms and he diagnosed me with a pulled muscle. The nurse Lauren Grover requested I leave my urine sample in the bathroom with out a label on it, a bathroom the whole clinic shares. I had to track down a nurse and ask her to label it so it could get sent off properly! Very sad place. Again definitely do not recommend going here!

There are several floors and and doctors in this building. You'll need to ask your specific doctor what insurance they accept. The Urgent Care has to accept all insurance but they won't know if you are in network. You will need to call your insurance company for that.
