If this is Wireless Trendz then I would like to tell everyone about your unprofessionalism. I took my phone in to replace a bad battery. $90 for that. Ok. Take it home and am unable to charge my phone because they damaged the prongs where you plug in the charger. Take it back because it's their fault and am told it will cost me $80 to replace prongs. Forget it...I'm not going to pay for their damages. Go to pick up my phone and am charged $35.04 for them to look at the damage that they did. I would advise anyone who is interested in taking your phone, laptop, tablet, notebook, etc. to Wireless Trendz to reconsider. Just passing along good advice.

I didn't go into the store, but the gentleman on the phone was very nice. He was not able to help with our issues only because he was not a Manufacturer warranty rep for my husband's phone that was still under the Manufacturer warranty. He was able to do extended warranty work so in the future we will probably use them.

Replaced my MacBook Pro battery. Made an appointment as required, they called back needing to push the appointment out to the next day - no problem. When I dropped it off, the digital ticket machine first showed $129.99, which was the amount I was verbally quoted when they ordered the battery. I was told that included all parts and labor. But the amount then changed to $149.99 once he printed the ticket as we left the store. They completed the work within an hour of dropping it off and emailed me that it was ready to pick up. Pleased with the speed and quality of the service. Just not with the changed in the fee charged.

Depends on what phone you have an what you bought. If you move everything to your SIM card it should move to the new phone.
Sell it anywhere but here. They will give you way less then what it is worth and then sell for 3 times that it thier store. Sell it on e bay or facebook if you actually want to get what it is worth.
You would have to call the store, but usually they say you have to bring the phone in for them to look over before they can give you a price.
If your talking about a lock put on by the owner (password) they dont unlock it but they do a factory reset of the phone and that wipes all information that was previously on it. All user info will be gone. And they will charge you alot for just pushing a few buttons. You can do it yourself. Just GOOGLE it. Its simple.
