Call them
You could think about wrapping foil around the charger plug at the end where plugs in that will tighten the grip and possibly give it better contact. Also, make sure that the little tongue inside of the charger port on the phone is not bent one way or the other the wrong way to not make contact with the contacts on the plug. I would probably look online and get a little more detailed instructions, but in general you just got to tighten that situation up and it may need just a better charger plug or one that fits it more adequately.
