Lower than areas to south or west but you need to check out the crime maps available online to decide for yourself. I live in the single story Richmond community in Cadence. Also Heritage will ultimately become guard gated but in my 37 years in local real estate, guards don't affect crime rate but you can verify that with Henderson PD or Metro PD
