Friendly staff and people same for clubhouse Management does not get the entire community involved like buying 400 trees or replacing sod with material that turns to mud when went ,never explained to anyone what happened to food ordered for cafe when cook resigned or getting LED lights that burn out in a matter of months who response to replace the vendor that selected them will labor be included many questions about them have filed a complaint with Real Estate division on above and other issues they are looking into

I'd like to commend Donna Dye Holbrook for her unwavering commitment to being there for us in the Heritage at Cadence Community. She makes it a wonderful clubhouse to enter after a long hard day at work and school. She always greets me by name and asks after me and what's going on in my life. She is a touchstone for the community. She gives it her all.

I've been using the Business Center for the past week, in the evenings. I'm very familiar with the people who work during the day. It is such a pleasure to get to know Donna, who primarily works in the Clubhouse at night. Not only is she friendly with everyone, she checks on folks and make sure accommodations are comfortable. I see her throughout the evening giving tours and checking on the various group activities we have going on at night in the Clubhouse. So happy to be living in Heritage with should concerned, kind and helpful people.

Attend a wedding here. Seams like a nice community. Would consider moving here after retirement.
