What’s the Point of making an appointment if they are just going to sit there and make you wait for over an hour to be seen. I always have a horrible experience here and they really have terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and actually go to a vet hospital.

Unorganized and clearly don't know how to handle animals. Dropped my cat off because she was sneezing, right when I got there before even asking me any questions or seeing her they said it's gonna be $400 to xray her. I declined and asked her to be seen first. 5 hours later without a call and being put in hold on the phone for 25 minutes, I decide just to show up as I have to go to work. They tell me they were unable to examine her because she was stressed. I took her out of her crate and held her and she was fine and I asked them to examine her but they recommended coming back and sedating her. I will not be back. They still made me pay even though she was not examined. So my money was stolen and I still have a sick kitty. Thank you.

Love this staff in Henderson. Dr Paulino is awesome and so is the rest of the staff. We've been bringing our cats there for about 2 years now and the Banfield pet insurance saves us so much money.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
