Security for sure to access patient floors and all visitors must be approved. All rooms should have a convertible "couch" that allows parents to stay in the room, if necessary.
They have tons of different units and they'll tell guardians (who will pass that information onto approved visitors) upon admission Outpatient floors are identified by letter and floor number. For example, C2 is in location C floor 2. If you need help finding a specific clinic, head to concourse (floor 1) and talk to any of the welcome desks
I believe inpatient stays are typically in the A building, which has seven total floors, I think. The first to floors are not filled with rooms. They are also secured by security so anyone having to go to another floor needs a badge which requires an ID. If you need to stay and you're from out of town the Ronald McDonald House is just around the corner and quite nice, from my understanding.
