No you are not. You would have to purchase a photo permit for $150 for one hour and additional hours are $50. This permit only allows 12 people, this includes the photographer. NOTICE photo permits are NOT sold during the holiday show.
Yes, it's a small place, the walk ways are small and there are usually a lot of people. I would invest in a telescoping monopod.
