I think you ought to visit Krohn first, talk to the staff, then decide. Good luck no matter what decision you make.
It would definately be a beautiful place to do it, but I would visit and ask the staff first as well. I know in the past they have even held weddings and other special events there. It should be no problem. Good luck!
My husband proposed to me here in March of 2011. It was magical! To this day, we return to take a picture in the daffodill on the hillside opposite the Krohn. Great memories there for us :)
This would be good, or Eden Park nearby might be better.
Don't know why everybody assumes you plan to have a party, it's a good place. Quiet during week days, and indoors and therefore not subject to weather, it seems like a great place
