Well, it would help if you could be more specific. Your question, as it is now, is like asking "what about this or that?", it is too vague. For example; what if I ask, "is the water hot or cold?" Many, including yourself, I assume, would be thinking, "what water?" "Where is this person located?" "Sand or grass?" Large or small? Do I want to fish or swim? Both? "Can I snorkle?" "Is it child friendly? "is it pet friendly"? "Can I do laps"? "? "What water?" "Is it salt water?" "Where am I located?" "Can I bring my cat?" "Is the water warm or cold?" Could they be meaning somewhere to swim, surf, waterboard? Do I want this information so I can fish and/or swim if I want? are they kid-friendly?, What is it that I suspect? Is it at a lake for swimming, or for fishing, salt or freshwater? beaches, ocean beaches, resort, a river, a swimming pool?
