Hi Thomas, normally yes, we do outside repairs on bikes. But at the precise moment, we aren't taking any outside bikes in for repair until mid November 2018. This is due to overhaul of our existing fleet. Sorry we couldn't help.
I know they have to do repairs on their rental bikes. However, with that said, im not too sure if they do public repair services. Might be best to give them a call !
