My kids love seafood, so they were quite happy there.
Definitely Adults, wonderful place but kids will be bored.
I did not see any kids there, but that doesn't mean "no kids". Call the restaurant and ask! It was wonderful! And, I have eaten in the best NYC restaurants...hundreds!
