Stopped in on a Saturday morning to get an eye repaired on a rod (that was not purchased here), Kenzie was able to get it done within the week to get us back on the water fast. I couldn't even tell which eye was the one they repaired it matched so well. She even took the time to show my boys around the shop and explain the process on how they build custom rods. Guess who now wants a custom rod? Well done DH we will be back!!!

Three times is enough for us of bad customer service here. So called bait shop in Navarre!... The worst customer respect of fisherman from a bad employee, old guy with beard, we've ever been treated or witnessed. 50+ years ice fishing. If he's the owner then even worse! When a veteran who is also a seasoned ice fisherman tells the clerk or numbskull in this case behind the counter., that the bait is dead, and is told i don't know what I'm talking about...
