My wife and I stopped in on 7/16/22 to look at an X5 that I had seen online. We met Craig Haggerty who proved to be an exceptional person for us to work with. The entire team at BMW of Minnetonka are amazing! The level of service is second-to-none. We've purchased three vehicles from them and will continue to do so. Chase in the service department provides grade-A service that you cannot find anywhere nowadays. He takes the time to understand the issue you are having, responds efficiently and precisely. He has taken care of every concern of ours throughout the years and provides some amazing loaner vehicles as well. It is very rare to see such luxurious vehicles being given out, a nice added touch. Taking your vehicle in for unknown repairs can be intimidating, rest assured, Chase has your back. He recommends things that are needed today, next week, and next month. He will not lie to you and tell you repairs that can be done next year, needs to be done today. No "salesman" tactics here, just an honest guy that cares about his customers. I recommend him, and BMW of Minnetonka by name to my friends, family and many others. They are the number one BMW dealership in Minnesota for a reason, and it shows. I've taken my vehicle to the other local BMW dealership. With the competition, you'll receive unresponsive sales personal that will not even look at you and a service department that is incompetent to be repairing a toaster, let alone luxurious German vehicles. BMW of Minnetonka has and will continue to receive our business!
