I ordered my Thanksgiving breads and desserts from the Wuollet location in Edina, because I like to support local when I can. I went to pick them up, and much to my surprise, only half the order was ready; I was told the other half was …We appreciate your concern about how your order was handled, and it is certainly not typical, especially for Thanksgiving. You are correct - our communication system broke down on this end regarding the coffee cakes, and for that we do sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, we had our bakers dealing with an oven breakdown that they were trying to fix, and our salespeople and customer service staff were sharing the most up-to-date information with our customers as it was being given to us. Unfortunately, the situation ended up taking much longer than expected to fix, so our coffee cakes had to be delayed to a Nov 25th pickup. I do appreciate the frustration with how the information was communicated to you. We did refund you for the missing coffee cake, and offered you a gift certificate towards a future visit. We are sorry to hear that we will not have another chance to improve your experience with us, but hope that the rest of the order that you received will be delicious.
