Most of the patients at FSH are here because of being admitted by a court judgment. If a person is not going through the courts they would be at a private hospital such as St Mary's in Jefferson City.
Patches, there have been patients at FSH that were not admitted by court judgment, some are admitted by guardian, or voluntarily.
