My rott mix has a bulg in front of his penis about the size of a large lemon it does not push up he is not in pain he lets me push on it and rub it I think it's a hernia I don't think it's a tumor how much is a surgery like that cost

Yes they are very very cheap my dog was in there for a week and it only cost me 300 so please take them there regardless if it hurts him or not
