If you aren't getting a call back it is easier to just go into talk to them in person. If you have an urgent issue they typically can fit you in same day
They used to Saturday as they're walk in clinic day but it was pretty much sitting in line all day and it was only for shots. Not sure if they still do it though
Emergency's are walk-in's but I believe you need to call for an appointment.
It will take awhile to get back to you if you leave a message and they never answer their phone so I suggest you walk in. You have a better chance on calling other clinics just look for less expensive vet clinics in your area there are guite a few on line.
