No they don't and the staff is rude and not helpful! They're NOTHING like how they portray themselves on TV!
I'm not sure why the negativity... I've gone here for 6 years with my kitty before she passed away from renal disease, at 20.... they've been beyond reasonable and kind overall. I paid half for what originally was quoted, because it was all I had, and they provided for us very well still.
Unfortunately no, but they are so reasonably priced. They do take care credit though.which is a pet care credit card/program. You can apply right there & get immediate approval. My Daughter did and was approved instantly for $500. And can be used anytime and at a lot of vet offices. You can't beat planned pethood prices.
When we had our dog in emergency surgery..they took a couple of payments from us.
No it's like tv. @LorRea...duh. they only air what they want.(Animal Planet) And further more, I'm sorry you got someone rude. Jerri is the manager and she is the best. Also, keep in mind you're dealing with humans. We all have our bad days. Honestly, the show puts more pressure on our work than it should, and in my humble opinion, It makes everyone think we should do everything for free and that's fairly insane. However, I do dentals there and I love my job because they do their best to work with the clients as much as possible, and then some. And I mean EVERYONE I work with has to hit the gas the second you punch in. So, I hope your dog is doing better by now @ TaylorNorenberg. Best regards
Yes they do. If all you need is shots they do them cheap on Saturdays no appointment.
They're very reasonable
