Not the same company before they got bought out, you will be on hold for 30min before someone rudely answers. It’s comical really.
Terrible phone service. On hold for over 1 hr. Management too cheap to employ enough representatives to answer phones. If there were another shuttle company, I would definitely use them.Appears that because you have no competition, there is no sense of service to the public.
I was on hold for 4 hours and nobody ever answered. Will never use this service again. I would rather drive then deal with this disgusting customer service.
