No refunds given! An example of systemic racism in action. Those demographics that can lose a few hundred dollars are the same demographic that likely travel frequently and can use a credit. If you are in a demographic group that can't afford to not receive a refund, you likely won't be traveling within THEIR timeframe to use a credit. Policy that favors wealthy white and harms others. I have tried to call groome and no one answers. I should have had a credit from a little while ago but when making new reservations it didn’t show up. I need to cancel again but don’t see how.
You can call then and they will take care of it. I have done this before, hassle free!
