My mother has lived in this home for 5 years now. We could not have found a better place for her. She is loved and so well taken care of. The home is beautiful with plenty of space. The staff takes personal interest in the residents and provides activities tailored to their needs and desires. MeLisa and Erin are wonderful owners, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. I wish all people in need of care could live in such a place!

My mom has been living at Monarch Greens for about 6 months. When my sister and I left her at MG for the very first time - my sister looked at me and said “I feel like we just left her with family”. I truly feel that we have found the absolute best place for Mom.. Erin and MeLisa (the owners) are very involved in the residents’ lives. They seek out input on ways they could improve and are excellent communicators. They are both the most warm and genuine people. The staff is always caring and appropriate. The house is immaculate and always decorated for the latest holiday. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make birthdays and holidays special. In fact, Erin gave such a lovely toast to Mom on her 92nd birthday - Mom actually got tears in her eyes. Knowing our much loved mom is being so well cared for and is in such a safe place has taken the BIGGEST load off of my shoulders. This place is truly remarkable and we are so lucky to have found them.

Monarch Greens is a fantastic choice for assisted living homes- the staff takes great care of residents, and the owners take great care of the staff! Care is extremely personalized, and meals are freshly cooked, to produce the best home away from home. Would put my own parents here and would recommend to all.

Monarch greens assisted living is located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. I have had the pleasure of working in this home with Erin and MeLisa they are very kind respectful people who make you feel welcome and highly valued . I would highly recommend this assisted living it’s a fun and bright environment full of activities and wonderful caring residents/caregivers.

Laury, Yes we do memory care within our scope of care. We cannot care for individuals who are abusive, violent, or that yell consistently. We do accept Medicaid via the InnovAge PACE program. There are currently no openings at Monarch Greens or in the A Home For Life Collaboration of residential assisted living homes. Linda, Thanks for your question about traces. My wife has one! A trach alone would not exclude a person from the levels of care in a residential assisted living home. 55+ medicaid is also accepted based on room availability. We allow well-behaved, trained dogs that are cared for by their master with a deposit and a small monthly fee. The dog must also be compatible with the other pets in the house. Currently we have one small dog, two cats and a large freshwater fish tank.
Hi Beth, Monarch Greens Assisted Living is liscensed for up to eight Residents, and it is located in the Northeast corner of Fort Collins with the closest shops and stores being either near Mulberry and Lemay or North College Avenue.
Yes, Monarch Greens does offer respite services.
