Have been trying to confirm ride to DIA today and have been hold over one hour!!! Is this company in business anymore?? Also couldn't get through on the email contact number. I'm in Ft Collins.

They have always confirmed my rides the night before. I also have not been on hold over a few minutes. My last ride was on Friday the 10th of August.

Yes they are in business.I rode the shuttle om Aug. 8th. The longest time I've ever spent on hold has been 10 minutes.

I have never called, I assure you they are in business as I rode with them last week. Try the internet site and you can look up or make a reservation very easily. Good luck!
