The shuttle from Loveland to DIA was pretty small, which was a little disappointing, but coming home, I missed my shuttle from DIA because of a scheduling mistake on my part, and they got me on the next shuttle home...A++ service.

My husband and I were at the 3 way stop going out in the Walmart parking lot at Harmony and Wetzel on September 27 at 5:57 pm. I get that it is a badly designed 3 way stop because the people coming from the north have to wait for everyone coming from Harmony. However, the law works the way it does and after the person in front of the Groome transportation van coming from the north went it was our time to go. My husband started to go and the van gunned it and if we hadn't stopped would have t-boned us while not even taking his foot off the gas. Instead he manuevered around us After he saw us taking a picture at the stoplight he sped off and was all the way to the exit to Denver before we got to the first light going west. I called the Fort Collins office and was told that all they could do was fill out a complaint form and someone would get back to us. The person who helped me had to check with others before she could even provide that. This used to be a topnotch service and I personally have used them when traveling for business in past years but I will never use them again if that is the type of people hired. UPDATE: Still haven't heard from Groome even though they posted they would contact me. Don't worry at this point.

I got this error too when trying to do “home pickup” but when I chose one of the standard pickup locations it worked. Shuttle was great - will definitely use again
Not the same company before they got bought out, you will be on hold for 30min before someone rudely answers. It’s comical really.

I would suspect that they are closed because of the storm. Hundreds of flights at DIA are cancelled and roads are closed. Might I suggest calling them tomorrow?

$38 is the base fare to the transfer center on Harmony and i-25 and an extra charge of $11 to get dropped off at a specific address in Fort Collins. They have people on phones 24/7 if you need to call with questions! This information changes frequently, call for updated information and policies.
Just a business change where a larger company wants to grow and considered Green Ride a solid little company to connect with. I don't know the actual business transaction involved.
This is not the same company from 3 years ago, it used to be green ride, they would reschedule..now Groom will take your money and leave you stranded. Horrible experience.

Groome is a dedicated transport service for the airport. They may be able to squeeze a route through but this isn't their wheelhouse. I'm injured. Here's how I get around: Larimer county has free bus fare. Colorado state disability services can help. Also caregiver programs at hospitals give transportation. Uber has free rides for covid testing. Your local medical center should have some kind of special patient outreach. Lastly, if you're a veteran. DAV and Veterans Evaluation Services for free.

I know they will reserve a seat with you for a certified Service Dog. Other dogs aren't allowed in the shuttle, but maybe in an approved crate with the luggage in back. You should call and talk to them personally.

I went to Denver airport from the CSU. It took me 1.5 hours for the ride. It was a sunny day without any traffic.

Yes it is! I've flown in and out of there numerous times.
They are mainly an airport shuttle, I once asked a similar question and was told you might be able to go from one location to another without going through DIA, but they didn't think so. With the recent change to Groome, you might call the main number to see if there is a change in policy.
Groome now has service to and from Colorado Springs and DIA
In my experience they run 24/7. Its a great group of people and they provide great service. I have never had a problem with the website, but you can call, they were very helpful to me.

Just call Green Ride reservations or you can get online for greenride CO and make reservations there. They pick up in front of the Hampton Inn which is the Loveland shuttle stop. They also have home pickup

Yes, for a nominal fee. They call this door to door and you will be picked up in a small van then transferred to the big bus at the Harmony transportation center. If you can't figure it out in the website, just call their 24 hour line.
Not as this time. Greenride doesn't go to Greeley, the closest locations are the Northern Colorado Regional Airport, or the Loveland Shuttle Stop at Hampton.
You must abide by the rules of the transportation center. Greenride does not set that policy. I do seem to remember signs about not parking more than 24 hours, but double check on that.

Door at the Air port? They will send you a confirmation email with the door to go out of and the island to wait at. It's detailed with step by step instructions and depends on the time and your flight I believe.
They're website will quote you a cost. It's just over 40 for Fort Collins so it is most likely about double for Cheyenne, but again the website quotes you exact price.
