When I became unemployed back in 2017, Sacramento Works, Hillsdale, was the educational and moral support I needed the most at that that very stressful time and I will be forever grateful to the friendly and professional staff that work there. Even as recently as 2 weeks ago I was having problems locating some online documents so I stopped by after not having been there in 3 years and they were able to help me locate them. Thank you to the entire staff of Sacramento Works and a very special thank you to Eden who was so courteous and took the time out to help me.

The staff at this location were WONDERFUL. They went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it. It's not every day you meet people who love to help others.

Great place lots of resources and helpful staff Lady behind #2 who works there could benefit from some retraining in a customer service. Very rude and not welcoming or helpful at all. All other staff has very pleasant demeanor and genuinely want to help.

Ira Ayers is the man when going to this center for resume, cover letter, as well as but not limited to, interview readiness support. I am so thankful for the help I have received here from him and along with it, the amount of interviews I have been able to obtain because of it. The security guard is very polite along with the woman who checks in all those who come into the center to receive help as well. Thank you guys for your professionalism, help and support. I honestly cannot believe how long it has taken me to write this review but this team definitely deserves it!

Dress like you are going to an interview.
They help you to apply for it to see if you are qualified or not. Also, they have the forms for it to be mailed if couldn't apply on line. They help you to fill out the forms manually if you ask them for hel. Sometimes, they are busy that day, then you can ask to make an appointment to go in another day to do so. Hope this answer was helpful.
If you ask someone and explain your situation I'm sure they wouldn't mind. Really depends on who you ask.
You can let them know anytime. They are open at 8 on Monday thru Thursday.
Yes, they are designed to assist with all job seekers. Once you are registered you have free access to Internet services, job shops, typing, computer software learning among the many other services available. If English is difficult let them know that you are ESL (English second language) and they can provide you with information to get assistance at an EDD center.
Hi, you are welcome to come to the center. They can refer you to more ESL (English as a second language resources) if you need it.
Do we need this for jobs? Do you really need to meet the few Swedish speakers here?
