This place is very unprofessional. Some points that should be known about this place before going. They will never call you back when you call them, even if you leave a message. You have to call them many times because they never answer their phones. Once answered they are lacking in customer service and sound condescending and rude at times. You need to show up to this place very early, ahead of time, because the building for their company has a lack of parking in the area and it will take time to find a parking spot in downtown Sacramento. Also, the clock inside there main office is ahead by about 6 minutes (I checked) so even if you find parking and are on time, you will be accused by an employee that you are very late because he looks at the big wall clock instead of the computer in front of his face. Do not expect any of these factors to be taken into consideration for tardiness because they are discourteous, unprofessional, and have a lack disregard for understanding of people who are only 10 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances. They don't care if you took time out of your day to drive all the way to their office but will very easily dismiss if you show up late according to their time. If only this downtown Sacramento company could match the professional and strict punctuality it expects of its recruits.
