I've tried to contact the postal service to request a hold on mail because I have tested positive for covid. No one seems to help so that I don't infect anyone. Also, some of my mail that comes to my mailbox gets returned to sender. One being a statement. I had to go to the company to find out the status of my bill only to find out the post office sent it back to them, now there is late fees. Another a book I purchased was returned to the company. This is unsatisfactorily.

The assistance there was great this month. Shannon and Michelle were helpful to facilitate a forward on time and held mail at General Delivery including a FedEx package with no issues, that is quite rare.

I have had too positive experiences in last month. One was a purchase I made via PayPal that I believed after the fact to be a scam. They provided me with enough information to see that the seller if shipped at all sent to wrong address. I was refunded. This week I got stuck in the snow with my car and the postal worker gave me some of their rock salt so I could get enough traction to get out. He did not need to do this for me. Very thankful!

Should be a zero. These people are useless. I don't understand how they are so bad at there jobs. Several times now, a package says out for delivery and never be delivered. I will receive other packages USPS but not one I was expecting. By the next morning, it will say I requested pick up at their office. I go down and wait in line while one person deals with a line of 10 to 15 people while other employees wonder around. About 30 to 40 minutes later, I will get to wait 10 minutes for them to find my package. When I ask why it wasn't delivered, they have no answer. They usually tell me they were busy but it still doesn't explain why they never send it out the following day.. You would think this is a once in a lifetime experience but its happened several times.

They go by weight and dimensions. Gonna have to go there and find out how much. As long as there isn't illicit drugs or explosives they will send it. They will ask about batteries changes the shipping method.
