Nice quiet place to camp and enjoy. You can walk to the beach and there is a playground for the kids. There are very nice cabins to rent (4 in total) that have a double bed and a bunk bed and a fridge and microwave. Common restrooms have passcode and are kept fairly clean. Park staff is there 24x7 lives in one of the camp group (behind cabin no 4)

Beautiful state park right on the water. Nice clean and quiet. Very large RV spaces with full hookups. Very close to Poulsbo if your visiting the area.

Excellent park and camp grounds with great facilities. Clean bathrooms with soap and hand dryers, cabins and communal areas, grills and grassy play areas, easy access to the beach just steps away.

The cabins were better than I expected. I haven't been in one since I was like... Four so all I remember is an old, low quality place with horrible heating. But this wasn't bad. The beach is STUNNING. So gorgeous. The park is nice and the bathrooms are cleaner than most I've seen. Definitely recommend going if you're interested in nature

Yes, and they face a large open area. You can drive right to them.
In addition to the shelters mentioned by Remley, I would add that there is ample parking, a large grass covered field and rental cabins if planned well in advance.
Yes it is a pet friendly park. But they must be leashed at all times
No. Very wet year so far

Yes. It is a state park so you need to have a discover pass. You can purchase 1-day passes at the park ($10) or online. Some parks sell the annual pass ($30), but not this one. https://www.discoverpass.wa.gov
That's right. There are some steps at the bottom close the beach where you will have to pick the cart up.
They have a whole section for rv camping, with full hookups.
https://parks.state.wa.us/398/Kitsap-Memorial Capacity stated is 175. The link provided has rates and an email to make reservations. Hope this helps
Though that may be a very entrepreneurial idea nowadays, there currently are no venders in that market.
