They lied about their qualifications - they cannot give what is needed for your pet to travel internationally. They charged me almost $400 for “research” and everything they told me was wrong - literally everything. Another $100 for… ?? They barely looked at my cat and just copied information from previous paperwork. They didn’t even give correct paperwork for one vaccine verification. When I explained why I was furious (They waited until three days before my flight to tell me they couldn’t complete all the steps for me, despite telling me on the phone that the $500 was to cover the extra steps) the receptionist kept repeating they would do whatever they could to help me. I said I may need them to fill out the paperwork again because of the timeline required by the airlines. She explicitly refused to do this. Really, filling out a single piece of paper and signing your name is too much for the trouble and money lost from your clinic’s mistake! Even other vet offices in the area expressed disbelief at their actions and costs. Literally had one vet call it fraud. I’ve lived in four countries with my pet and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a vet clinic.

The staff is nice but the prices are crazy expensive, will never go again. we called before the visit to get rough estimates on a price for a spay. They refused to give a price. And only gave a checkup price which did not include the blood work that needed done on the visit. So I paid 70 bucks to have someone literally weigh my dog. Then I was given the prices for everything else. I wasted time and gas which could have been prevented with a rough price before the visit. It took the doctor all of 1 minute to get a price while in the clinic. I guess the goal is get you in then get your money.

Dr. Josh is caring. Staff is very friendly to humans and compassionate and loving to our four-leggeds. Saved Boise's life when as a youngster he accidently got out of the car, running across a busy parking lot and into an oncoming vehicle; now he is helping us negotiate the dog's senior years.

Always take great care of my dog, and are great at communicating, even between visits. They are very good and patient with my anxious pet, and go the extra mile to make her comfortable there. Even after we moved, I continued drive the extra distance to keep taking her here instead of changing vets, it's very worth it.
