You need to check in online, then at the front desk your name will appear and the estimated wait time. I find the best time to go is right at 9:00 because there are less people. Now, they say to book online reservation no more an hour in advance to anyone haircut but I'm sure that varies.
After checking-in, you’ll see your Estimated Wait Time. You can sign up for ReadyNext texts to receive a text when your wait reaches 15 minutes, letting you know it’s time to head to the salon. Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk.
