We lived here from 2019 to 2022 and it was a very good experience from the beginning, we moved because we bought a house 🏡 ❤️‼️Ingrid Larson the manager and her staff were very friendly and professional, we liked they’re pet friendly and it is a quiet community… we also enjoy the activities they have like the pool party with lots of good food and drinks , the doggy pool day at the very last day of the pool season , the Xmas party but what we really enjoyed the most was the Xmas decoration contest which by the way we took 1 place last year 2021 ‼️😊….thank you guys for everything…. Have been here only a few months, but am very happy with my choice to rent here.. bedrooms nice size, all apartments face courtyard, which is beautifully landscaped with wood carvings and Flora. My grandson is fascinated with the carvings. Pool was open until October, which was great. Open till 10p. Many apartments face pool. Kind of like a resort. More like a community here. Tenant get togethers- had a dog day at the pool on the last day the pool was open. Pet friendly. Reasonable rents. Bathrooms and windows updated. Nice size balcony. Ingrid in office is very helpful. Parking looks tight, but have never had an issues. Maintaince guys always working around here. So far I love it here.. only drawback is laundry is not in apartment, but is in building.. And washers are a little small.. extra storage in laundry area . Some apartments have screen doors, I definitely plan to invest in one,,. Maintaince will put it up. Garages also available. I hope to be here for a long time. UPDATE.. Lived here for 4 years..only left as I bought a home...otherwise I would still be there. Was hoping complex would have gone condo..because I would have bought mine. I will miss this place as my grandson spent many happy times in the beautiful courtyard and pool! Ingrid and staff are always attentive to needs..unit always functional..no bugs..great sense of community. Thanks for making great memories for us!

I lived here a few years ago and knew I would always move back. I have now been living here for over a year and Ingrid is the best!!! The maintenance team is also fantastic and most issues are fixed in less than 24 hours. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool is my favorite!!!!!
