This place would have had my service if one of the associate Nancy wasn’t so rude. I was just to get quotes so I could get a rental for my family. But I felt like she didn’t care to try and help me out. The conversation didn’t last long because I felt that she would just tell me a outrageous number because she didn’t care. I hope they get better employees and get rid of the bad apples of the company.

The staff here, especially Nancy (the person in charge of the rentals and returns) was extremely rude to my family and another family (they were friends of ours). They showed absolutely no urgency for time, and constantly brought up irrelevant topics regarding our RV. That’s how we stayed in the shop for a freaking 5 hours with renting it, and another 3 hours returning it. Making us almost missing a flight we had to take back to our home state. Regarding the RV, they said it new, barely 100 miles on it. They claimed everything was on tip top condition. It was only when we were halfway through the trip until we discovered major problems. First of all, our pump wasn’t working, meaning we had no water for our RV, and the screw was loose for one of the rear view mirrors, we were so lucky that it didn’t fall, as the mirror was shaking violently during our drive, it was extremely dangerous as it could fall off anytime and damage our RV. As you can see, Quality of work here was not Good to say the least. Regarding the return, Nancy checked every nook and cranny of the RV, she found every minor scratch that wasn’t even important, looking to charge us more. At last charging us almost 500 dollars. Lastly regarding Nancy, she was extremely impatient and dishonest with us, even yelling at us while trying to make us pay for damages we didn’t even do, or some that didn’t even matter in the first place. When we brought up the topic that if she was scamming us, she innocently said that she didn’t do it, and even yelled at us. We never trusted a word she said. She even threatened to call the police. Don’t go to rent an RV at arts RV, your gonna be in a world of pain. I’m just saying things from my point of view, everyone has a different view on things, but in my personal opinion, everything was extremely unfair for us and our friends.
