I love this vet so much. I’ve been taking my 5 year old shepherd here since she was a puppy and I recently got a dog who was in pretty bad shape. His previous owners had taken him to vets and they were unable to determine what was going on but he was losing a lot of weight and having digestive issues. Finally I was able to bring him here and the Doctor immediately figured out that he had ingested a foreign body. She got him hydrated and ready for surgery. She advised that we should do surgery asap because she wasn’t sure he would make it until the next day. We had to get the surgery done elsewhere because of timing and urgency but her diagnosis saved his life and he’s now recovering and hopefully coming home tomorrow. These people really care for you and your animals and they take excellent care of their patients. I can’t recommend them enough, they saved my pups life.

Although this is a nice vet and they certainly do a good job - they are overpriced and not transparent about their pricing. They waited until I had already spent a few hundred dollars on a pre exam AND my dog was there, ready to go under anesthesia before they disclosed how expensive the procedure was going to be. For reference, at a reputable clinic in Wheaton I paid $383 total for my dogs teeth cleaning and extractions. At Glen Ellyn, their anesthesia alone is $325. If you decide to come here, be sure you carefully collect pricing information before committing to anything and shop it around reputable clinics in the area.

Been visiting this place for over 15 years, but today was an exceptional experience. I arrived without an appointment and they were kind enough to see me, although clearly stating they were fully booked and closing in 2 hours. Staff was extremely attentive, our doctor, Gabby, phenomenal and courteous.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been to numerous vets throughout the years, and this one by far was the worst. Void of compassion, unorganized, and lackluster care. This vet is a shining example of greed over ethical care. Go anywhere else...literally.
