I took my dog here for a rabies shot and a heart worm test at 9:30 am around 12 pm I called to check on my dog and they said she wouldn’t be ready until MAYBE 3pm. That is 6 hours of sitting in a kennel. I picked her up at 12:30 and she peed in the office 10 minutes after getting her because they didn’t take her to the bathroom for the entire three hours she was there. I will never be taking my dog back to that place again. If you’re understaffed then don’t make as many appointments. They should have disclosed a wait time. I’m beyond upset my 11 year old dog had to sit in a kennel for three hours by herself, listening to other dogs barking, clearly not even allowed to use the bathroom while she was there.

If I could give zero stars I would. My cat needs to see a vet asap and they don't take walk ins and they wouldn't answer my 12 phone calls to even ask if they accept walkins. And I go inside and there is an employee just standing next to the phone! All the animal hospitals are packed and almost none accept walk ins. This is why people are buying medicine for animals off the black market!!
