3 things that I like about Banfield. 1. They take great care of my babies. 2. Doesn't matter which Banfield you go to, an office visit is always free with a wellness plan (which is a must of you have a pet!) 3. They take the time to know your name and your pets name by sight ❤️. My pups are coming to the end of their lifespans (both turning 15) and this last year has been rough for both. But with Banfield's help both have a great quality of life still! I know this will not last forever, but, thank you Banfield for helping us manage their diseases and ailments.

Worst Banfield ever, employees shouldn't talk behind guest in the room. It's not soundproof. I would strongly not recommended to take your loving pets to this place where these type of people work.

UPDATE 3/25/2022: I emailed as requested on 3/17/2022 as requested. NO Response. One more reason to stay away! Do NOT use Banfield or their "Wellness Plan!" A 'fill in' vet saw my dog a week ago. Did her best to convince me she had no quality of life! This vet had never seen my dog, only knew she had not been eating. She refused to listen to me and instead insisted on trying to convince me my dog's quality of life was poor. Her notes do not line up with previous notes regarding weight. The vet not only felt she could spend most of a 15 minutes call trying to convince me, she had the nerve to come out of the back when I picked my dog up to continue to try to force me to see her point of view. On top of that, the employee who talked me into renewing the wellness plan 3 weeks early, told me the changes would go into effect after the 3 weeks when in fact it went changed immediately. This led to a complete mess when I went to cancel the entire thing 5 days later. By the way, to the vet who saw my dog, I was right, she needed to get past the nausea. In 1 week, she gained almost 1 and 1/2 pounds.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Nov 4, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
