Best shot of someone answering is 10-15 min before a class or after a class and during "busy times." Otherwise, like most places, they don't have front house staff for random walk-ins or calls.
They do. And most instructors will offer variations depending on skill level so even in more advanced classes, you are still participating. Beginner classes just have everyone in the same boat.
